Originally formed in the old Palace Cinema, End Credits is a non profit organisation. Incorporated in Cairns, Far North Queensland, End Credits FIlm Club is dedicated to sourcing and screening non mainstream films for it's members and the general public. It is run by a committee of local volunteers, and currently has approximately 350 financial members.
In 2001 we started a new film event, called Starry Night Cinema, in conjuction with two other local community groups - The Friends of The Regional Gallery, and The Friends of the Flecker Botanic Gardens. Starry Night Cinema was well received by the film lovers of Cairns, and it is now a regular annual part of End Credits film screening offerings.
